Melania Trump has vowed to set the record straight in a new teaser for her tell-all autobiography.
The former first lady has released new details about the book, set to be released on October 1, in a post on social media.
In a video message, she said: “Writing this memoir has been a deeply personal and reflective journey for me.
“As a private person who has often been the subject of public scrutiny and misrepresentation, I feel a responsibility to clarify the facts. I believe it is important to share my perspective: the truth.”
The short video includes images of her time in the White House after husband Donald’s election in 2016.

It comes after Donald said in a recent interview he also feels Melania has been mistreated.
The Republican presidential hopeful opened up about why keeps his family away from the spotlight – particularly following the assassination attempt on him.
Asked if we will see Melania more in the coming months, he told the Daily Mail: “Well, I would like to. It’s not a question of that. It’s a nasty world for me,’ he said, six weeks after an assassin’s bullet ripped through his ear.
DON’T MISS:
“It’s not nasty for Democrats like it is for me. And I would like to have my family not have to go out there and go in front of some of the things that you know happen.”
Of Melania, he added: “She’ll do whatever necessary. But my kids haven’t been treated properly. She hasn’t been treated properly.”
